The Governor of the Central Bank, Dr. Adel Al-Sharkas, crowned the Arab Bank team for its victory over the Housing Bank team by penalty kicks, after they tied with two goals each in the original time of the match.

This came at the conclusion of the first Banks Football Championship, which was organized under the patronage of the Central Bank of Jordan and in partnership with ABJ under the supervision of the Social Activity Committee of the Central Bank.

The final match was attended by Deputy Governor Dr. Khaldoun Al-Washa, General Manager of Housing Bank Ammar Al-Safadi, Executive General Manager of the Arab Bank Group Randa Al-Sadiq, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Islamic Bank and Dr. Hussein Saeed in addition to a large number of banking sector.

The head of the Social Activity Committee at the Central Bank, Ghassan Abu Shehab, and all members of the committee thanked Dr. Al-Sharkas for sponsoring the tournament.
